janine was my first/last/only pick of real estate agents to sell my property. she's a local and she knows and loves the area. we didn't even make it to market, or an open house: janine had a couple of months before everything was signed by both owners and she immediately brought over a couple she felt would love the place. and they did love the place. we had a deal within hours. janine listens to people and finds out what is really important to them...and then she delivers it. she's amazing. i highly recommend her. she's a wonderful person, and a wonderful real estate agent.
