Janine was the sales representative assigned to the sale and promotion of the Savannah estate in Officer. Our first impression of Janine was that she had good knowledgeable of local real-estate, comparative pricing and areas of land development. Janine was pleasant to speak with and reassured us that we were investing with a strong developer that would deliver a high quality estate for our family. We did find Janine quite difficult to contact after we had signed to purchase our land. We would call her mobile and leave messages and it would be days to over a week before we received a response which can be quite unsettling when you have questions about your purchase. Over all we were satisfied with Janine.
