Jannine knew the area really well, had a finger on the pulse with pricing for my area and really explained everything to a tea, Jannine always made sure I totally understood what was happening with my property and how many people were interested and looking for places like mine. i have been in real estate sales myself and have biught and sold a couple of times. At the time I hired Jannine I was at my wits end after 12 months of trying to sell and a really lousy dishonest initial agent i needed a friend not just an agent. Jannine was both- had all the empathy and right things to say and do and even had my tenants helping me out. The sales reports she provides are extensive, you know precisely who looked, when, their motives, their feedback. If only I'd discovered Jannine a year earlier!

Jannine was very easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and was extremely helpful in every part of the process of selling our unit.

We expressed the interest on our new investment during the Christmas period. She responded quickly and gave all the details rally quickly.

Jannine had excellent communication and always answered her phone and was very pleasant to deal with. I do however feel that our initial strategy to auction was flawed and then our price onto the market was too high. I believe that with an initial lower price, which wasnt exactly what we wanted could have resulted in a higher end sales price. We did get a result but it was slightly lower with an increased time on market from having to drop. A more realistic initial price of where the market was at I believe could have helped. Jannine did work very hard for the sale and I couldn’t fault her on that but with a more competitive initial price we could have been more appealing earlier on. The market was slow but that is my feeling post sale as a review. Sometimes you get lucky but in a falling market we had a flawed start and it ruined a better price.

From the start Jannine maintained a very friendly, professional and driven nature when dealing with our house, she is a very dedicated agent and will go above and beyond to seal the best price for your property. With only being on the market for a little over a month we sold our property via Auction and very happy with the outcome. We will 100% invest in Jannines services in our future realestate endeavours and will be reccomending her to family and friends.
