Help finding contractors to paint, repairs etc without having to do a thing. There marketing well - A twilight open house, our unit was on the 7th Floor at Caloundra overlooking the Ocean and they made the most of it. Always happy and helpful to deal with and nothing was every too much trouble, extremely happy that we chose Janzey and John to sell out Unit.

Yes this is an unusual real estate story, one shared often around Caloundra and almost the stuff of urban legend. My wife and I retired at the end of 2015, sold our apartment in Brisbane and set off travelling the world. Our plan was to eventually retire in Caloundra so we keep a bit of an eye on real estate in the area, not much to our liking came up. But while in Vilnius, Lithuania we viewed this amazing video of an apartment in Canberra Terrace. We contacted the agents, John and Janzey Platt and made an offer. But how can you purchase an apartment while on the other side of the world? John took us through the apartment using skype, and answered all of our questions. Janzey was at first quite suspicious, with a police background, she knew this part of the world was famous for scams. We quickly grew to trust our new agents who were also becoming our friends. The extra effort in an off shore purchase is quite challenging but each hurdle was overcome, each request for assistance or information answered. So we now live in our dream home overlooking Bribie Island and the Glass House Mountains and our first guests on the balcony were John and Janzey who brought over a bottle Champagne to share.
