Jared was very helpful and flexible in accomodating inspection times as well as making me feel at ease asking for help at any point of the process.

Having been in the Shoalhaven market for over 15 years, on many occasions I have crossed paths with Jared Cochrane (in particular): I purchased a unit from him circa 2012, and most recently 2024 sold a house directly through Jared. Working together as a team, not only did we achieve a great outcome but also in record time. He has always conducted himself as a genuine gentleman, looking after his contracted customers whilst somehow doing the right thing by potential purchasers. Not pushy, listens, and provides very sound advice. I only hope that Raine and Horne - Nowra continue to flourish so that i'm dealing directly with them and no other agency, as i've dealt with most.
