Jared was a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time of selling our house. He always listened to what we had to say and we worked through the changes that we required for the best outcome. With Jared being so helpful it took some of the stress away from us and we left the business end up to him to negotiate, which he took on with both "guns blazing". The communication from Jared was very supportive, prompt and accurate; Jared kept us updated throughout the complete process which allowed us to sit back and relax a bit considering the process. Overall my wife Robyn and I were very happy with the outcome from the sale of our house, this was directly associated with the work and effort that Jared put in from his end.
