Jared was a professional and friendly agent and kept communication with me through most matters. being a first home buyer I was very new to all things involved when buying a property for example, settlement agents, building inspections etc. Jared recommended some of these to me and i used his settlement agent, who was also representing the seller. i chose to find my own building inspector and felt as if i was being penalised for using someone different, there have been many issues with the property that i have bought and anything i asked to get fixed, i was constantly fighting to have these resolved. to be honest i think jared is good real estate agent, and has to represent his seller, but i felt as if i had little to no support through this process and i found this to be a very stressful time of my life. there were many issues with the sellers poor communication and lack of organisation, that were eventually resolved. Overall this was my first buying experience and I have nothing to compare it to, but it felt very stressful and like no one was acting in my interest when i abided by every request that was made of me.
