We were pleased that Belle, and especially our appointed agent Jared Tipping, delivered exactly what they said they would with a minimum of fuss and plenty of proactive selling support.
Jarred Tipping was a great agent. Provided us with helpful advice to get our property ready for sale and kept us informed during every stage of the sale.
Prompt and easy to deal with.Jared looked after us very well.
Jared was accomodating by arranging a private viewing of the house so our children could inspect the home. He kindly arranged for me to add sold to the for sale sign.
Couldn’t be happier with our selling experience. Jared was very professional and honest with us throughout the whole process. He has invaluable knowledge of the local area.
I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Jared Tipping and Belle Property. Jared was super responsive; no question nor request was too much. He made the purchase of our new property seamless. We have been hunting awhile but extremely happy we held out for this exciting property in a great location opposite the beach. Jared had a lot of knowledge about the property and local area, he was lovely to work with on this purchase. Thank you Jared.
