Good agent, but I feel can go much further to help his Vendor clients. I got the feeling that after the deal was done I did not hear from Jared again and it was like as if his relationship with me came to an end once the sale was completed. I am particularly disappointed with the fact that Jared did not go all the way to help me get an extended stay at 3 Gwingana Crescent whilst I completed my purchase at 54 Torwood Avenue. The reasons he gave me was not something I can accept. I note that 3 Gwingana Crescent remains unoccupied until today and I feel Jared could have helped negotiate for me an extended stay in a way which would not jeopardise the Purchaser's position with his bank or Govt agencies concerned, but yet at the same time would be beneficial to the new owner as I would continue to look after the property and not let it become neglected as I have noted with many other properties bought by mainland Chinese in Gwingana Crescent. Having said that, my request for extended stay was for a period of two to three weeks only, so it is not as if my continued occupation of the property would create legal problems for the new owner. Finally, since the sale was completed I have not heard from Jared at all. I would have thought the least he might do is to find some free time to visit me at my new home at 54 Torwood Acenue. By contrast, many other agents from Barry Plant, Harcourts and Ray White continue to keep in touch with me on a personal level even though they know I have already bought a new property. Before the sale, when Jared was trying to win my business, I would have given him 5 stars for communication, but unfortunately after the sale I can give him only 3 stars. This is my frank and personal review. I hope Jared will use these comments to improve his LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP with all his clients , past and future.
