I just want to say a huge thank you to Jarod who helped not only guide us through what we needed to do pre-sale of our home, but was there to offer advice and support throughout the whole process. He answered his phone any time day and night. He came into our home with each open house armed with a huge smile and arm full of imitation plants to decorate, and had the keen art form of toilet roll folding haha! I would recommend anyone looking to sell to talk with Jarod, you won't be disappointed

We had a three month contract which included a Sunset Clause. Jarod kept us up to date on other offers occurring during the campaign, always a prompt and professional response to any questions we had. Jarod has a friendly and helpful manner and also provided good advice for the sale of our home.
