Jarod has fantastic presentation, negotiation and communication skills. From day one he listened to what we want and had to say. His presentation was professional from start to finish He always return calls to discuss any issues. We sold our house through Jarod and also purchased our new home from him. We could not find any faults at all with him or the company.

We had a fantastic experience buying our first property through Jarod and Charlotte. Their service was very friendly, communication was excellent and the process from inspection to post-settlement was smooth. It could not have been easier!

Over the last 25 years I have engaged several agents on the Mornington Peninsula for buying and selling properties, and by far Jarrod has outshone each one of them, his professionalism, communication, and excellent results far exceed any other agent I have dealt with. I would highly recommend Jarrod and his team if you are looking for an agent who achieves amazing results.

Jarrod helped us achieve our sales price target which we were grateful for!!! I would recommend Jarrod to any person wanting to sell their property.

very professional easy going

I am very satisfied with the way Jared handled the sale of my property. The photos for the computer were excellent. All in all his work resulted in a very quick sale and at a very satisfactory price. A real professional.

Jarod was easy to deal with. Nothing was too difficult for him. Always was good when it comes to communicate. Finding the right property was a key factor for us. I would recommend jarod to anyone. We are very happy with our property

Jarod and his team are professional and personable communicators with who it was a pleasure to deal. We would recommend them to others.

I’m so grateful to Jarod and Charlotte for introducing me to my new home. Having missed out on another property, they found one they felt would suit my new lifestyle - and they were so right. I really appreciate how they went out of their way to keep me informed and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions that needed to be made. Buying and selling can be quite stressful and Jarod and Charlotte do their best to minimise the stress and make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They are a fabulous team that will look after you every step of the way.

I bought my new home via Jarod and Charlotte and they handled that purchase so well that I was very happy to have them sell my current home as well. And after over 20 years there I needed some help getting it ready for sale. They had lots of very helpful advice, suggestions and recommendations for me. Having seen a much more expensive property sell quickly, I joked with Jarod that I expected him to do better and sell mine in less than a week. To my delight, he met that challenge! Jarod and his team are friendly, helpful, reassuring and fun to work with. I highly recommend them.
