The little touches were also much appreciated, especially when receiving an unexpected delivery in the mail of delicious locally made fudge. Jarod is incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls which is important as I work quite a distance from home so it made things really easy for me. The icing on the cake was when Jarod arrived with a contract, bottle of bubbles and my magic price on the date I had set him as a goal.
