I bought my new home via Jarod and Charlotte and they handled that purchase so well that I was very happy to have them sell my current home as well. And after over 20 years there I needed some help getting it ready for sale. They had lots of very helpful advice, suggestions and recommendations for me. Having seen a much more expensive property sell quickly, I joked with Jarod that I expected him to do better and sell mine in less than a week. To my delight, he met that challenge! Jarod and his team are friendly, helpful, reassuring and fun to work with. I highly recommend them.
