Coming from humble beginnings, Jarrad started investing at a young age to improve the lives of his family but found that having his rental properties poorly managed gave him many sleepless nights and worries. After researching countless managers he couldn’t find anyone to do it really well. So he started Investors Edge to give investors like him the peace of mind and wealth to improve their lives.
Since 2008 he has used his engineering background to build Investors Edge into one of Australia’s most award winning property management businesses with a unique investor mindset that provides guaranteed peace of mind to tenants and landlords across 200+ Perth suburbs.
He has learned the hard way, by investing all around Australia using a variety of adding value strategies and selling a huge range of properties and projects from brand new entry level villas in Armadale to multi-million dollar development sites and mansions in the Western suburbs.
He also invests a lot of his time mentoring teenagers for the Smith Family and the zero2hero charities, creating mental health leaders equipped with making a difference to their own mental wellness and others in their community.
Jarrad has previously been named in the 2016 Top 100 Influential Business People of the year and the 2014 40 Under 40, being the top 40 Business Owners and Entrepreneurs in WA under the age of 40.
