After speaking to another agency who wanted to do staging etc and then speaking to Jarrad who told us this wouldn’t be necessary as he would sell it as a family home I was a little worried.But after three weeks on the market he was right, getting a record price in our area.I don’t think you will get a better agent in the Scarborough area.
