This is the second time I’ve Jarrad O’Rourke and would definitely recommend him. He’s a ‘go getter’. This sale was relatively straightforward but in the process of selling the previous property, which was a subject to the sale of their property, there were a number of complications from their purchasers, being foreigners they weren’t familiar with the sale process in Australia and Jarrad was able to patiently help them and us through the process.
