The market had slowed due to interest rate uncertainties and we needed to sell quickly. The property settled in just over 3 months from listing to settlement. Prior to putting my investment property for sale into the hands of Jarrad Smith of Harcourts Kempsey, I had it listed with another agent for the best part of 5 months that drew minimal interest because of inadequate marketing, not only on the internet but also shop-front window display as well as important sale-point omissions in the description.
