We purchase our property from a seller who engaged Jarrah as his agent. Although it was apparent Jarrah had his client's interest as his priority (and rightly so), he was very responsive to our enquiries as a buyer. He worked hard for his client making himself available to us for house inspections etc., including over holiday periods. He made the process of purchasing through his agency very easy.
Jarrah has to be one of the most efficient agents I have ever encountered. Within 24 hours of receiving confirmation for the sale of my property to go ahead, a whopping 11 couples had been lined up to inspect the property as prospective purchasers! The following 24 hours led to 2 contracts being put forward, which ultimately resulted in the successful sale of the property - all before even having to pay for marketing expenses! The entire process couldn't have been more seamless if he tried - and it is a credit to his incredible personality and a commitment and passion for the industry that see's him fly above the competition!
