We first met Jarrah on 29 June, were impressed by his energy and passion, and decided to ask him to sell out house. The house went on the internet the following Tuesday. Next morning there was a request to view it that afternoon. The couple fell in love with the house and said they would buy it! Not having been a fly on the wall during the viewing, I can't comment on how Jarrah presented the house - but it was clearly very effective! The contract was signed the next day. From that point on, he kept us informed of developments, and all went very smoothly. Settlement was just five weeks later. I would recommend Jarrah as an energetic and enthusiastic young man who clearly enjoys his work and is prepared to put serious effort into making things go well for his clients.
