In the end we chose Jarrah because we could see his properties were selling but more than that - he was just so easy to talk to - always calm and confident but not intimidating in any way as we had experienced with other agents. He also always spoke of other agents in a way as to build up their reputation. He was always happy to talk when we had questions and super reassuring when we needed it through the selling process. He was also extremely helpful whilst we were looking to buy.
