Jarrah had done quite a bit of research on houses of similar ilk on the market in the Brighton area which enabled us to get a better picture of the price or selling potential of our home. He also communicated with us by phone and personal meetings to advise on how the sale was going as well as being willing and able to provide or put us in contact with various agencies to organise styling, cleaning, gardening etc - we were more than happy with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go more than a step further to pursue the sale and organise other services for us.
The home we purchased was presented beautifully and we knew as soon as we saw it online that we wanted to make an offer. However, I had to push really hard to even just view the property. My husband who also made inquiries separate from mine didn't receive any follow up. Fortunately we persevered because we really wanted it. We are really happy with the house but the whole sales process was less than impressive.
