We went with Jarred following a long period of him persistently chasing our listing. We figured, if he works that hard on listing, he would surely work just as hard on selling. The result, we listed on Monday 27th Sep, 33 people through the viewing on Sat 2nd Oct, and contracts signed by Wed 6th Oct at a higher price than we expected. Jarred could have quite easily sold it at our expected price, but even then worked to get the price as high as he possibly could. We felt that Jarred, unlike others we have dealt with, was working for us and not just himself. He even ensured that a couple of wrinkles that popped up between signing and settlement were ironed out along the way. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jarred if you were selling in the Alderly area. By the way, we had already selected Jarred by the time we learned how well regarded he was.
