This is our 11th property we have purchased, and I have to say normally when buying it has not always been a pleasant experience, our previous purchases have been interstate, regional to metro etc. One experience stands out when I had arranged viewings of properties and after driving down (4 ½ hours plus overnight stay) to see said properties – one agent in Mt Eliza hadn’t even bothered to show and the other agent in Mount Martha hadn’t bothered to book us in, to say the very least it was exasperating, shocking attitude! Well good news, our experience with Jarrod has been absolutely refreshing. He has gone above and beyond with his “after” sale service, even when he was on a well-earned break, as it has been pretty hectic with house sales in the Mornington peninsula area, he assisted us with arranging a roofer to replace some tiles, the recommendation was seamless, and the tradie Jarrod had put me in touch with was very easy to deal with and communicative. We still had to arrange an orientation and inspection, and nothing was too much trouble for Jarrod and his team to arrange. It has been a genuine pleasure to deal with EView – Mornington and we know who we will be going too when we sell, which hopefully is not for a long time.

Jarrod was great all round, communicated well, knew the area well, was very professional, helpful, easy to deal with and helped with any query we had or were unsure of at anytime. As first home buyers we’d looked at a lot of houses for over 6 months to see what we did/didn’t like etc. and dealt with many agents over that period, he was by far the best agent we dealt with, by a mile!! We purchased our property through Jarrod in 2011 and had an incredibly positive experience. Approx. 7 years later we invited Jarrod back to see the work that we had done on the house and to get an idea of what our property was worth.
