Jarrad was very dedicated, understanding and very very patient but most of all friendly and very honest which was very important to me, after having putting our house on and off the market as our house couldn't be sold we found Jarrad knew the market very well and also thought about us and what we needed and wanted which we didnt experience with the other agents, I would highly recommend Jarrad Cloke and we will be going through Jarrad again to buy in the not to distant future
