The main thing we found was that Jarrod did not come up with a figure for the sale of our house. A lot of other real estate agents way over estimated what our house was worth which would made us have a hard time in selling it. Jarrod did his home work to see what houses sold in our area to get a better idea what we may actually get for our house. We were very happy with the outcome.
