Jarrod’s knowledge of Moe/Newborough area is extensive , I was presented a folder on our 1st catch up with all other houses similar to ours in the area, sold and currently for sale to give me a better understanding of where our house fell in the current market. After going through it all and taking into account what we wanted from the sale we found a far and reasonable price we both thought was right for the current market. Jarrod’s communication with both my wife and I was amazing. He worked with us on house inspections for possible buyers, as we both work and it was a busy time of year.
