He gave useful advice for preparing the property for market, adapted to the new rules and regulations for selling a house during Melbourne's first COVID19 lockdown restrictions, and ended up selling our house above the reserve at an online auction. He worked really hard showing individuals through the house by appointment only, rather than the standard open for inspections, and gave us regular verbal and weekly written reports during the campaign.
