I initially contacted the team to sell my property of 44 years as they were achieving such fabulous results in the Dromana area. From our first meeting Jarrod proved to be an enthusiastic, efficient and knowledgeable. During the auction campaign Jarrod was in regular contact and provided me with detail reports. I would recommend Jarrod to anyone for either buying or selling. He helped achieve an outstanding result with regards to the sale of my property (60k over reserve).

We found the whole Hocking Stewart team very professional and helpful. Jarrod in particular kept us informed every step of the way and somehow achieved a price for our house higher than we expected. We would certainly recommend Hocking Stewart and we would definitely use them again. Thank you .. Lyn & Andrew

Very impressed with the service and feedback from Jarrod Eastwood during the successful sales process of our Dromana home.

We are very happy and satisfied at the professional service delivered by Jarred Eastwood and the Hocking Stuart team at Dromana. We were confident that Jarred and Adam Alexander had the local real estate and general knowledge of the area to provide a more personal and local approach in selling our property. I can honestly say that we had no issues throughout the selling period and were very pleased with the entire package of photography, advertising, arrangement of Open for Inspection schedule and the communication by email, mobile phone and web reports which gave updated statistics of views and inspections on a weekly basis. The auction day was very successful with the very healthy amount of bidding competition . I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarred and the Dromana team for all Peninsula real estate sales

Jarrod has excellent communication skills, is well spoken and very informative. Prior to us deciding to go with Hocking Stuart, his initial follow up of us was excellent, he kept us informed about auction results and sales in our area, these actions led to us deciding to go with the hocking stuart team. We were very happy with the overall result. Don't be fooled by his young appearance, he is an excellent operator! Thanks Jarrod! Carmen and Kris
