Jarrod is a unique real estate sales person who is well informed, knowledgeable and more than happy to go the extra mile, which in our case was so greatly appreciated. This was such a difficult purchase because of the federal election at the time and the banks’ utter incompetence over changes to government policies in changes to bank lending criteria. Jarrod masterfully sailed us through the headwinds and got us over the finish line during what was a turbulent time for purchasing. At times when we were ready to give up, Jarrod kept us propped up. This was the most stressful property to purchase that we have ever encountered, but Jarrod never let us waiver from our end game. From start to finish, Jarrod was always on hand to offer advice and direction and we are so grateful for his expertise and wisdom during the negotiations of our purchase.
