Jarrod provided a level of service which was exceptional. He stayed in constant contact and advised me of what was happening in a timely manner. He had the property advertised quickly and sold it within 2 to 3 weeks. I was extremely pleased given that my previous experience with another agency was not so positive. I would recomment Jarrod to anyone who is selling a property.
From our first contact with Jarrod he has been prompt in replying to us. He organised a viewing for us as we were unable to make the home open. He was very knowledgeable of the property and with the owners overseas and not easily contactable secured us the purchase price we wanted. Also his care for the current tenants was evident in negotiations as well. Thanks Jarrod.
