We had a great experience working with jarrod on my recent property sale in Mandurah. He helped in in many things even those were not in his scope. During the entire property sale journey with Jarrod went so smooth. I would highly recommend to anyone , if you are looking to buy or sell your property then contact jarrod.
Jarrod impressed us the first time we met him at a Home Open. We found him to be very polite, personable and knowledgeable. So much so, that we asked him to sell our home. Jarrod's market knowledge and professionalism is totally on point. He achieved a highly successful sale for us on our first Home Open. If anyone needs an honest, reliable, Real Estate Sales Professional, we highly recommend Jarrod. Big shout out to his wonderful assistant Chloe too. Kind regards Sharon Lucas and Trevor Cook
As a buyer who did not know the area, Jarrod was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the surrounds. He gave us space to look around the house and pointed out all the inclusions. He was very professional to deal with, but also very friendly and nothing was a problem for him. I felt he went above and beyond with our questions and helped us so much to make this purchase as least stressful as possible. I would highly recommend Jarrod to any prospective seller out purchaser.
Jarrod had been a great help with my journey of owning my first home. His been available to answer any questions I have had. Thank you for helping on my journey
Jarrod recently sold our family home. He demonstrated a very professional approach with excellent knowledge of the local market. He is a great communicator and throughout the sales process he dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently. Jarrod has confidence in his sales strategies and he works hard to get results. We had several offers following the first home open, and this was a direct result of Jarrod’s ability to negotiate with potential buyers. Our home sold quickly and for well above the asking price. Jarrod is a skilled professional and we highly recommend him.
Jarrod sold my property quickly and at the price I wanted. He followed up the sale professionally. The best agent in Mandurah
I was very nervous about buying my flat, living overseas and not having the oportunisty to view the flat in person was nerw wrecking. However since the first my e-mail I recived the support and very helpful hand from Jarrod assuring me that I will recive all necessary information I need. So I got the video and nesessary guidance through the whole proces of purchasing the property. I have recive huge number of emails regarding the whole proces. So now I own it 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Perth here I come 🥰🥰🥰
