Jarrod is a very keen and enthusiastic person which showed in his work. It's easy to tell he enjoys what he does. Consequently, we were always well informed about potential buyers & what their feedback was. Jarrod also kept us informed on what properties similar to ours were selling for in our area. It was also very helpful when he sent us links to properties in the areas where we were looking to buy. Which led to us attending at least one Open House and seeing others that we hadn't seen.
