An honest trustworthy real estate agent who did not charge extra for advertising even when he knew I was expecting extra costs for this. Got a very good price for house and charged a very reasonable commission. Very easy to get on with as well. Made job of selling deceased estate for an interstate vendor stress free and simple. To anyone considering selling property in the local area I would highly recommend him.
