The transaction was for the purchase of two blocks of land which are Lot 70 and Lot 71 that were the equal sub-division of 48 Pildappa Ave, Park Holme. SA 5043. It occurred across many months from early March 2021 until final settlement in week 1, Aug. 2021 during the COVID 19 Pandemic; towards the end of this period, lockdowns due to the delta variant (mainly Sydney and NSW) did have material impact on extension of the settlement. I think Jarrod had to deal with vendors that wanted the sale to occur promptly and had unrealistic expectations about the time that this could be done in and especially the delays in getting financial approval and then settlement. This required good communication between myself and Jarrod with factual explanation of the time-lines that were proposed and then maintaining good, open and factual communication as delays and time extensions occurred. We were communicating back to the respective groups of people that we were representing. I think early in the transaction process, Jarrod was good with his knowledge and skills and then this improved as we established and maintained the effective working relationship that achieved the good communications that were outlined above.
