After an unsuccessful 3 month campaign with another agent trying to sell 4 x bespoke brand new townhouses, we decided to engage Jarrod and Doris from Sinova, as we had seen them sell multiple townhouses in the same suburb in the time that we had watched ours sit without any interest. This speaks volumes about their capabilities and acumen in being able to read and identify serious buyers in a sea of time-wasters and dreamers. Jarrod kept us updated weekly and to his credit, also worked for the benefit of the buyers in getting any issues resolved post haste. As land developers, we understand the benefits of quick and optimal sales better than anyone else and given the top effort from Jarrod, we have no hesitation in recommending him as our preferred agent to sell our projects in the near future.
