Jarrod impressed us immediately with his professional approach to this purchase. Whilst you cannot judge a book by its cover, Jarrod was neatly groomed and appropriately attired. Jarrod took time to show us around the home, and was on hand to answer most of our questions. Those he could not answer, he followed up with the Vendor to obtain the information we required. The sale of our Killcare property was a most frustrating experience with delay after delay occurring before contracts could be exchanged. During the whole process, Jarrod demonstrated empathy and understanding, not to mention a great deal of patience! During this time, Jarrod kept in constant touch with us, giving us great confidence that we would secure our new home, and we did. Since exchange of contracts on the Lentara property, Jarrod has continued to stay in touch, making himself available to answer any questions that may pop up.
