I’ve bought and sold a lot of homes over the years and I’ve had a lot of experience with real estate agents, both good and not so good. I found Jarrod one of the good guys. Very good at keeping us up to date with interested buyers. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling. And helped us with buying even though it was through another agent. Jarrod was professional, great at negotiating and all round nice guy. I would highly recommend Jarrod. Thank you for all your assistance, we were very happy with the sale of our home. Selling is always a stressful time but it was made a lot easier with Jarrod’s support. 😊

This is not the first time I have used Jarrod as an agent to sell a property. He is so good to deal with. Always professional, respectful and responsive. He replies to my calls swiftly and provides sound advice. He is very knowledgeable of the industry and market fluctuations. I’ve always had great results with Jarrod and felt in safe and friendly hands.

Jarrod was a great man, full of knowledge and logic for the real estate market and house building. Very professional and pleasure to deal with.

Jarrod is a highly experienced agent. He has a commonsense approach, easy to talk to, provides good advice and gets things done. We found his market knowledge in relation to our property and the local area to be second to none. Jarrod provided an excellent for-sale report on our property and responded quickly to our enquiries. Jarrod found us a buyer within 24 hours which has been great for us.

Jarrod provided exceptional service throughout the entire process of selling my property. From start to finish, he gave the sale his full attention, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and clear communication every step of the way. His expertise and commitment ensured a smooth and successful outcome, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Jarrod to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive agent.

Jarrod was honest and professional. He had a friendly manner and was easy to talk to. A pleasure doing business with you, Jarrod!

Jarrod Can't thank you enough for your efforts in achieving the results of selling my home. Your professional guidance and honesty was next to none. Jarrod went beyond and above what was expected of an agent and for that was appreciated greatly. Jarrod you are truly a LEGEND in every sense of the word. I have no problems in recommending Jarrod for the buying or selling properties in the Coffs Coast region. Thanks once more for everything

Jarrod is an excellent communicator who is prepared to listen to both vendor and buyer. He is a natural salesman with a friendly manner. He is able to relate to all types and allows people to feel at ease. He has integrity and builds trust easily. Top man , even better agent. !!!

Jarrod did a great job of keeping all potential profiting and higher offers open for the vendor. As purchaser we found the unwillingness to acknowledge the stages of sale publicly to be quite disappointing and stressful.

Jarrod was prompt in responding and kept a great level of communication throughout the property selling process. Was willing to put the extra work in to secure the best outcome.

It has been delightful working with Jarrod to purchase our first home. He answered all our questions and guided us when needed. From the very start until settlement, everything was so smooth and fast

For the second time in as many months Jarrod has gone over and beyond to make all aspects of my purchase stressless. Nothing is too much trouble so I can't thank him enough and happily recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling. Just a champion bloke.
