After visiting a property in Upwey that was just out of our price range, we gave our details to the team of Jarrod Peterson and Steve Brotja from Bell Realestate Montrose. We loved the Upwey area and they advised us they would keep an eye out for something in the style of home we were after. Within a week we were contacted by the team at Bell Realestate Montrose and advised of a beautiful home in Upwey which had not even come onto the market yet. This notice in advance gave us time to confirm our financial position and what we could and could not afford. We attended the first open for inspection and fell in love. The home had such amazing character, the gardens were maintained so beautifully as well as having a picturesque section of Ferny Creek running through our backyard. Jarrod and Steve updated us with all the information in regards to offers and further open for inspections relating to our home.
