Jarrod sold my house for $50k less than he hoped he would be able to get. I often had to chase up Jarrod for information (eg. How an open went, who put on an offer, etc) as he was always very busy. I was then told to "cool my jets" when I was wanting him to follow up on a prospective buyer. I sometimes wonder if he forgot that I was the one paying his $12,500 comission, not the tenant in my house, it seemed he was more concerned about keeping her happy than me. One of the positives was that they use 'docu-sign', so I didn't have to go into the office to sign paperwork.

He is very helpful, knows his stuff, and passed on requests to the vendor to ensure that the property was in the required condition at settlement. We had a very poor experience with an agent when trying to sell our house. We made the difficult decision to move on and hire a new agent. That turned out to be a great decision. Jarrod was fabulous. He kept in very regular contact, updating us on interest in and feedback for our property. I never had to chase him up for information. He was open and honest and I never felt like he was inflating our expectations or misleading us. He didn’t insult our intelligence either. He was a plain speaker and that’s what we needed and valued the most. He was always responsive, extremely friendly and supportive, explaining all aspects of the process as we went along.
