Jarrod was the relaxing factor we needed at a stressful time!

As we now know, selling you’re house can be genuinely the most stressful time of your life. Every time we felt like things leading up to the sale were too stressful Jarrod was there to reassure us, give us useful advice and keep us going. It was absolutely worth all the work that we put in and that Jarrod encouraged (bossed :) ) us to persevere with, because at the end it came down to him and his negotiation skills and he absolutely nailed it! He was organized, knew our market and knew what was needed to give out house wow factor and to ultimately achieve the highest possible price for us and our family. He spent as much time as he needed to with our potential buyers, and given the restrictions at the time, that was a lot, but nothing ever felt rushed.
