Jarrod was the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the property and area was second to none. Nothing was too much for Jarrod. He rang us a couple of days before the auction to ease our concerns and provide advice bidding at the auction. A coffee van was even present at the auction providing free coffees! We were kept up to date through the whole process and Jarrod communicated with us in a timely manner even on Sundays.
