Jasmin came highly recommended to me, she certainly lived up to that reputation! Throughout the entire process, Jasmin demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a strong understanding of the market. Communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept well informed at every stage. Her advice was thoughtful and she handled negotiations with confidence. I would highly recommend her. Such a beautiful genuine person!
The selling process was made unbelievably easy with Jasmin and the team. Her knowledge of the area and networks made the process so easy. Jasmin handled all the communications with the property manager managing our lease and was able list the property very quickly after initial discussions with us. The sale was complete within a week of listing. Jasmin’s effort was instrumental in this great outcome. We can’t thank Jasmin enough.
From the very first inspection right through to purchasing our new home, it was such a great experience working with Jasmin and Marissa. They were extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you!!
Jasmin gives her absolute to her clients, every details is taken care with speed, efficiency and always with a smile. Jasmin followed through with everything she said she would. She is well supported by Marissa so someone is always available to answer your questions, they are a great team and all times we felt everything was in hand and we were their top priority. In a difficult market Jasmin made us feel positive as she negotiated us through. Thank You
Jasmin had excellent knowledge of my suburb. She made the whole process easy and quick. We had multiple offers without even inspection and sold hassle-free in a short time. Highly recommend.
I met Jasmin a few years ago when I was looking for my 3rd investment property during an open inspection. Although I did not end up purchasing the property she had listed, her professionalism and attitude stuck with me. Fast forward 3 years, instead of listing my investment property with the current leasing agent, I touched base with Jasmin and didn’t look back. She has an extremely professional attitude and is upfront. She won’t beat around the bush and is completely honest with what she can do for you. My property was sold within the timeframe she said and also for the price I wanted, I was over the moon. The best thing about it was I could leave everything to Jasmin to handle and not have a single worry! I would highly recommend Jasmin for your future sale transactions!
Jasmin has been professional and provide unbelievable service and knowledge during the process ending with a great outcome Would definitely recommend
Massive thank you to Jasmine, she is such a friendly, vibrant and down to earth individual. We are overjoyed with the purchase of our new home!
Jas and her team were nothing short of incredible. She completely exceeded my expectations, was professional, easy to communicate with but most importantly completely relatable and realistic. I’d previously heard great things, and after meeting with other agents it was a clear no brainer that Jas was the right agent to sell my house. I will sing her praises to anyone who will listen, she’s the best in the business and everyone should know it. Thanks Jas and team!
Jasmin was an amazing source of knowledge and expertise throughout our journey, from the beginning stages all the way through to finalising our sale. Never once did we feel pressured or overwhelmed, rather we were made to feel like a partner in the process, something which helped ease any uncertainties we may have had. Jasmin and her team at McGrath went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible outcome.
Jas was very knowledgeable about our area and market conditions. She was super attentive, and was always contactable. She made our sale process very easy, as we were first time sellers and unsure on the process. Would highly recommend Jas and her services, and will definitely be using her again for future selling needs.
