I had the pleasure of engaging Jasmine Carr ( in partnership with Kristy Thatcher) as my real estate agent/s and throughout the whole process, I wasn't just another property owner looking to sell but a valued client. The home sold for above the expected price and totally reflects her knowledge, skills, experience, expertise and commitment to me as her client. Jasmine was amazing. I live in Adelaide and being so far away, you trust and hope the agent is looking after your best interests. Jasmine was constantly in contact. ( Emails, phone calls, updates, text messages etc) on a regular basis kept me informed and very much part of the marketing , advertising, selling, inspection, and conveyancing process. As a professional organisation LJ Hooker had established contacts with trades personnel and other professionals. My trust and confidence never waivered. Then there were those dreaded storms which put a hold on the whole process due to necessary repairs. From a professional relationship perspective, nothing changed. Jasmine would visit the home, monitor repairs, provide reports and was always positive and optimistic regarding the strategy and the next steps. I deliberately use the word home in my review.
