Very poor experience from start to finish. We paid top dollar and got a very unsatisfactory job. *The ad was incorrectly written and number of parking spaces was incorrect. *During the open home there were incorrect complaints from people walking through that were not correct and other potential buyers were scared off and nothing was said to correct them or defend the house. *Text messages and calls would go unanswered for days during the cooling off period. *Both myself and my solicitor had trouble reaching her for the financial information of the deposit Ray White was holding from the buyer. *Filip took over as Jasmyn went on holiday and he was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. *We had a simultaneous settlement and we found out the evening before settlement that Jasmyn had booked the buyers to come through the home on the morning of settlement day and we were not advised. We had removalists in the house during the time of the "surprise" inspection. *Due to the late inspection, the buyers' paperwork was delayed and it cost me a few hundred dollars extra for the removalists as we were waiting for everything to be finalised.
