Jason did the research & came up with an excellent price. was well above other agents expected sales figure. Covid was in the middle of it all but we just percevered until the unit was sold. it didnt happen fast, but with lockdowns / border closures & a busy renting schedule for the unit - he made do with the best resources possible (working with the rental management staff). Jason gave us an regular update on when open dates were - customer feed back & other details as reqd.
