I have spoken to Jason in the past and felt his professionalism and knowledge of the market was real. Despite other coercive discussions with other local agents, I decided to go with him. I was not disappointed ; he listened to me and reflected my opinions in his negotiations. He was also very mindful of my asking price and was able to negotiate a good price without telling me I was asking too much or other stories you may have heard before. My settlement was probably the best recent one, not that I know that conclusively, but was above those I had seen myself, and I believe above the market price. You can ask Jason about that yourself. Didn't have much to do with Jason in person other than a small but detailed appraisal of a series of units within the same complex. The Unit being a holiday let, generally sold itself, however the following management by Jason to sale was seamless!
