We hired Jason in a very difficult situation when the previous agent failed to produce a single written offer (at any price levels) after 3 months. Jason invested incredible level of energy into the new campaign, came up with new photos and an amazing video - the house looked like one that had never been on the market before. And it was promoted every single Saturday in the Courier Mail, on top of having more than 500,000 views on social media. After 25 days, Jason’s auction attracted more than 200 people including other real estate agents who cancelled their open homes to watch Jason live! I have never seen Jason put so much energy into the auction that featured 7 registered bidders (vs. 0 offers in the previous 100 days). We had our home on the market with another agent for 3 months who had approx 3 or 4 couples through for inspection. We signed on with Jason and his team who hit the ground running. Very aggressive marketing with first open 4 days later and 11 people through. Selling your home can be quite stressful but Jason and Xavier certainly made it easier. They held opens twice a week and their communication following the opens was faultless. Highly recommend.
