An Excellent Agent

Jason is an excellent real estate agent. He sold our house within 3 weeks of us listing it with him. The negotiation for the sale was a little less easy than normal as the purchaser was from out of town. This meant a lot of the negotiations had to be conducted by phone, text and email. Nevertheless Jason's tenacity kept the whole process going until the successful outcome. We both really appreciated Jason's friendly, no-nonsense approach as well as the extremely efficient marketing processes he used such as photographs and an excellent short video of our house available on his web site.
