Last October, my two siblings and I engaged Jason Adcock of Adcock Prestige to sell our parents' riverside family home in Indooroopilly. Although the property has excellent qualities in a wonderful physical environment, the sale did have challenging aspects that could deter the less discerning buyer. Jason carefully advised us on presentation, the market, promotion and the impact of regulation. He listened to what we wanted - while allowing for our idiosyncrasies. Despite his competing obligations to other sellers, Jason ensured his presence at the house on the many inspection days. He kept us fully informed on developments with regular written and oral reports.
