Jason and Holly delivered a well polished and successful campaign to sell the property for a good price despite the likelihood of only a narrow cross section of the market being interested (renovators and developers). Open houses were very well attended and a number of offers were received. Jason swiftly identified a promising potential buyer and negotiated an agreement under competing time pressures which we are pleased with.
